Upgrading

Overview

In order to best serve our customers, Bazaarvoice will introduce updates, such as new versions and features, to the Conversations API that provide improved performance and faster response times. As a part of releasing these updates, we also deprecate older versions of our API. When this happens we will provide advance notice of the deprecations to give you time to upgrade to the new features.

Upgrading will typically involve these basics steps:

• Update the API version in your API requests to the latest version.
• Modify your application to account for changes and to take advantage of new features.
• Switch to the Conversations API universal domains, if you have not already done so.
