Conversations PRR Only Features

This section documents features that are only available to clients on our Conversations PRR platform.

Overview

This documentation is maintained for clients still on Conversations PRR who are already using these features. Although we have not committed to an end-of-life date for these features, we recommend that you begin planning to deprecate them from your applications. Refer to Platform & API Concepts to determine what platform you are on.

Throughout the Developer Portal these features have been marked with a PRR badge are only available to clients on Conversations PRR. In some cases the Feature Name itself may be highlighted. In either case the meaning is the same.

We do not currently have plans to migrate these features to Conversations. Clients on Conversations PRR not already using them should not start using them.

The absence of a feature listed above does not mean it is supported. For example, Additional Fields is not listed under Review Comments, but this is because Review Comments never supported Additional Fields on either platform.
